Great coat with big pockets!
Coat is very warm. Faux fur trim is not bad, coat will look really nice if the faux fur is of even better quality. A cute style!
Beautiful Coat
This is a beautiful coat! In the online picture the pockets look bulky but in person they are not as obvious as in the picture. I ordered the black and it is gorgeous. It is a very puffy coat so not very pack-able if you are looking at that feature. I like the longer back and side zippers to add more room at the bottom when sitting. The faux fur is very nice and soft but the hood is large with fur attached (without fur it seems to fit the head better). The XL fit great with room to layer if needed (5'7' 175 lbs). It is hard for me to judge warmth as I live in Florida but it looks as if it would be VERY warm. Sadly, it's a little more coat than I need, so it's going back.
Great Coat However The Color Differs
I just received this coat and it looks very nice and feels quite warm. I haven't paid too much attention to the feedback about the sizing but yes it does seem to be running slightly larger than regular DKNY sizing. I am 5ft 3in 127lb and typically wear a Small, however after trying this coat on, I can tell that an XS would fit a bit better. It is a bit longer on me than it is on the model. My main issue is the color. I ordered this coat in brown (Loden) and it is nothing even close to the color that is on the picture, it is more of a dark khaki green... which makes a big difference. And the zippers are silver so they do stand out much more than they do on the picture. Overall it is a good quality jacket but beware that the picture does not reflect the true color.
Best Coat Ever!!!
I was looking for a coat that I can use for NYC snow days and not feel a way if it was damaged while at work on construction sites. This has turned out to be my favorite coat of all time! Hands down THE WARMEST COAT I OWN. I actually no longer use it for work. I purchased on Cyber Monday so I also received a great deal, but I would have definitely paid regular price for this quality of coat. Not heavy but you can actually wear a t-shirt with this only. Worth every penny
Warmest coat I own.
This is the only jacket I have that I sometimes leave open because it’s very warm and although I singed the hood on a joint, I am pleased with this coat. To fix the burnt faux fur I just cut out the melted parts careful to preserve any fur with length or a black tip and it’s virtually unnoticeable. My favorite thing about this coat is that is has lots of storage: one interior pocket big enough for a smart phone or my passport, and hand pockets adjacent to zippered big pockets. Only downside was I thought the zipper was metal but it’s actually just grey plastic. It’s a little odd next to the zipper pulley that is actually metal but I’m not bothered by it because it makes for a smoother zipper and lighter coat. Score!
Love this coat!
Very stylish with all the zippers and pockets - there are also zippers on each side that you can't see in the picture online. I am usually between a large and XL but the large is very comfortable on me. AND the coat keeps me very warm. It's not too long (I'm 5'2") which I like, so it's easy to get in and out of the car. I am very happy with this purchase, especially since I got a great deal :).
Big pockets
This coat runs big but doesn't make you look huge. The pockets are nice and big and the side zippers are great for us girls who are thicker on the bottom if you know what I mean!!! I didn't really care for the gray color so I'm happy with the black one. The fur on the hood looks and feels real and very soft!
Very nice jacket!
Jacket looks good as on the picture. It is light and warm. Fits true to size.
