Horrible

This is a horrid, unbecoming skirt that deserves 0 stars. It is made of a pleated, cheap, chintzy fabric that is sewn in such a way that the pleats are always open, not lying flat. So if you want to walk around looking like an "open accordion" this is the skirt for you. Macy's, where is your quality control? You should know better than to try to pass off such a sub-standard garment. Shame on you. Now the hassle of the return starts as I am on vacation. Grrrrrrrrrr
