Fit is a bit off and color is not right for me

The blouse in petite large (my size) almost fits, but is a touch to tight across the chest (I am a 38DD) so the buttons strain a bit. The color doesn't do anything for me and the collar a the neck keeps flapping closed in a. way that isn't working for me. I appreciate the design but wish more petite DKNY blouses that aren't sleeveless would come in more colors.

Beautiful blouse, but I had to exchange for a size up because the sleeve is tight
