Shame on DKNY

This top seemed to have been made for a 5year old. DKNY is supposed to be a woman’s brand. I’m 5’6” at 119lbs. I bought a Medium in this top because I wanted it to be loose and roomy. Instead I got a top that would maybe fit a doll-sized child. Who is in charge of quality and standardization of sizes at clothing factories? Apparently no one!
