Leather top from DKNY

I received a nice top but it wasnt my size. I ordered M but L was sent. I contacted online customer for exchange to M. The exchanged item in M arrived as fabric NOT Leather. It was quickly returned. The same thing happened to a shoe size I ordered that same day. Macy, tell your workers to check items orders before packing. Everything I received was wrong. I am scared to order stuff now online.
