Irregular and not allowed to return

This item is what I would consider irregular. I purchased based off of the 24-1/2" length description. This sweatshirt is about 20-21 inches long and way too short for me and I am only 5'3". Worst part is I am realizing it is a final sale item which I wasn't aware of. I didn't know Macy's had "final sale" items. You are tricked into buying an irregular item and can't return it.

Cute but practically a crop top. Too short for me as I am over 50. Had to return.
