UPSET CUSTOMER

Order # 4706997872 DKNY Little Kids Karina Kelly Slip-On Boot 11 Cognac - I order this item on January 1st and the online order informed me that I would get the order on January 3rd. As of today, January 8th, there is no tracking update information available. I have reached out to customer service via chat on two different occasions for an update. First rep said to I will get my order on January 12th, the second rep said that it'll be an investigation to see what happen to the item and to allow until 01/16/2026. Very disappointed in the inconsistency and the lost of the shoes for my granddaughter.
