Strap faster comes loose

This purse is a disappointment. The strap hook that attached to the purse keeps opening and gets caught in the zipper. unfortunately I'm one day late to return the purse. Tonya

I just bought this handbag recently and its belt is broken already. Very cheap material used. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this brand and this handbag to anyone.

Used purse

I love the purse but it was odd that I found someone else’s personal items in it while I was transferring my stuff while I was in my car. I went inside to inform the salesperson and she was only concerned that I turn in the personal items to the office. I mentioned the purse must have been used and she stated no that the person may have tried it… okay whatever. I doubt that BUT… was not professional. And I felt awkward about purchasing a used purse.
