Paige leather belt bag

Could you tell me what the strap size is, don't understand it, says 16" l will it fit a 40-42-44 waist? I really want to order this ASAP

LOVE!

This fanny pack is PERFECT and roomier than I thought! The fit feels great and doesn't slide down from my waist. I can easily fit my iPhone X, lipstick, compact, keys and credit card holder in it. It even has slots for your cards, if you prefer not to use a wallet. Very happy with my purchase!!
