Perpetual horizontal creases from how packaged

The shirt is beautiful and well constructed but the fabric developed horizontal creases across the top and bottom from where it was folded for shipping. So far washing and ironing (as directed) the garment hasn’t released the creases. It’s unwearable in it’s current state. It’s crazy that I need to incur the cost of dry cleaning in order to attempt to wear it, but otherwise it’ll have to be returned.
