Fit and Print Are Off

I was disappointed with this dress. I ordered an 8P, my usual size. The waist was off, too high, and the print on the bottom front was off as well. It was mostly a black splotch with flower print on the side, not as pictured. Unfortunately, I sent it back for fit and odd print.
