dress is very pretty.. but quality is not good. returned

Not for girls with shoulders

Disappointed. I ordered this for my son's rehearsal dinner. The dress is cute on but not nearly as full in skirt as the one pictured. Also the top is tight across shoulder area. I'm not a pear shape in the least and, while the dress fits everywhere else, the very top of the sleeves feels taught. Still considering returning if I can find a more flattering dress. The fabric is much less appealing in person than online.
