Contrary to your site, I DID NOT Receive TheJacket

I think it is unbelievable that Macy's thinks I received this Jacket today, when, in fact, I randomly received an expensive Brahmin Clutch Bag, UPC 4903438383, that I never ordered. It did not have a order paper in the bag like a typical Macy's order?
