quality not the same anymore

Bra strap tore after 1 time wear. I used to like this brand and style. The last one I bought has the strap tearing on the first wear. Macy's has such a small return window now (only 30 days) ... and does not seem to have a different policy for defective stuff. Very disappointing and waist of money.
