very disappointed

I was looking forward so much for this bag to arrive to go on my trip . Unfortunately it’s is very cheap looking . I’m disappointed that DKNY makes this kind of merchandise now . I have a couple of DKNY bags and was very happy with them but it seems like their quality has dropped a bit .
