Poor design

This is an adorable bag and I like that it keeps its shape but the straps are in a bad location for balance. I wanted a small bag for travel. When I am sightseeing I don’t want a bag or contents that weigh me down. After removing something I didn’t zip it closed. It turned upside down and dumped all contents on the ground. Straps should have been placed at the top not near the middle. It’s likely not a problem in the larger version as you would weigh down the bottom with all the things you could put in it.
