SMELLS LIKE PLASTIC CHEMICAL
I saw this bag in store but not the color I wanted, so I ordered a black one online. Mind you, the bag at the store did not have any odors. It came home and immediately has a VERY strong fume of plastic and chemicals. I believe the material is poorly made. I decided to keep it for a day and air it out. 24 hours later, the smell has not dissipated. It even gave me and my partner a headache. I contacted macy's customer service to return as I had cut off the tag but still kept it. They allowed me to return and submitted a defective item report.
Pretty but not Practical

I ordered pink and got green. I have severe back issues and cannot gi to a stoe to return for a few months. I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE FRIM MACYS FOR THE LAST YEAR OR SO. YOU SHOULD SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED,LET ME KEEP THE ONE I GOT AND REFUND MY MONEY. ITS WHAT I WOULD DO WERE I STILL IN BUSINESS.
Light weight
I bought the yellow one, because it was discounted. I like this bag mainly because it’s light in weight.

I normally don't like fake leather, but really like the color, decided to order and.... I'm glad I did:) DKNY always have nice and stylish bags. The color is really nice- bright yellow, make you smile and happy, perfect for summer days. The size is small, exactly what I was looking, enough for everything. I think will fit the fat wallet too:)

Love my new bag
I’m very happy with this purchase. I absolutely love this bag. I bought it in Taupe so it goes with anything. It’s on the smaller side but you can still fit your keys, wallet, phone, lipstick and a hairbrush in it.
Nice but …..
Nice looking bag, made well, good size. The reason for the low star rating is the difficulty in opening and getting into the purse. The magnet closures keep closing on their own before you can get what you need out of the inside. Frustrating and I ended up returning.
They Sent The WRONG COLOR!!!
How can you make a mistake in choosing gray over hot pink?? I don't get it!! Customer Setvice is terrible!!! 2 days now and I have not received the RETURN LABEL! Macy's, how do you expect loyal customers to stayehen you can't do simple things for us??
