Received wrong coat

I ordered the asymmetrical coat in wine, but I received a different wine wool blend coat in wine. I returned the wrong coat and had to call after 10 days to get my refund.claudia

Beautiful Jacket minus label on sleeve

Love love this jacket -many compliments. Only thing I had an issue with is black sewn in label on outside of sleeve. It took me a great deal of time to remove. Should not be on sleeve, and still think I did damage a bit of sleeve trying to remove it.

Used item

Doesn't Macy's have any standards or rules regarding returns? I bought this online. It didn't come in a plastic bag which meant it came directly from a store. It didn't have the original tags either. Just a Macy's cashier's receipt. This item was definitely worn by someone and then returned before it was sent to me. It smelled of perfume and had human and pet hair on it. I'm seriously annoyed that now I have to take the time to drop it off at a UPS store since I order online to save time. At least have a policy in place where an item cannot be returned if the original tags are taken off. I'm not re-ordering it.
