Material is prone to snagging and runs.

The first blouse I purchased I noticed when I arrived home that it had snags on the bottom the shirt. I thought someone had caught their ring on it while trying it on. I returned it and ordered another blouse to be shipped to me. This blouse arrived yesterday and this one has snags in the material as well! This one on the shoulder of the blouse.
