I really wanted to love these

I thought the boots were very cute, and more importantly, they were tts and comfortable. Honestly, they fit better that any boot I've purchased in a long time. However, they squeak horribly when you walk. They have a tongue and the elastic straps in the front allow the boot to move and rub against the tongue. They are so noisy to walk in. Really, really noisy. I think I could only wear them in a loud public place. Sadly, I think they have to go back. I bought the "White" color, and DKNY is on each elastic band. Some pictures show it and others do not.
