Bad quality control. Can't trust it.

I'm so disappointed and confused. My pair came in the most gorgeous, supple, luxurious leather I'd ever felt. Required no breaking in, and looked and felt sumptuous and expensive. BUT, they came with a big bump on one of the metal toes that caught the light way too much to be ignored so I returned them. Got my replacement pair today. No bump, but incredibly inferior leather. Each step hurts a little. It doesn’t look or feel nice. In fact, I sort of suspect its not real leather at all. So no, I don't reccomend because the quality is a total gamble.
