Deceptive description

This is a deceptive item description. It states that the bag comes with a shoulder strap. It did not. I called to try to get the missing strap sent to me, but they wanted me to return the entire bag to exchange for another. Very disappointed that they won’t honor their description and send the strap. Very poor customer service.

Never again

I will never order online from Macy’s again. The tracking details shows the item in transit in Chesapeake on Tuesday (where I live); in transit in Virginia Beach on Tuesday. In transit Wednesday list no location Thursday in transit Richmond distribution center. I’m quite sure there is a method to this madness but it made me have no gift for my favorite nieces birthday.
