nice for fall

Like the feel and look of wearing this skirt, and it should be good for fall and the winter holidays. But it is 33.5 inches, not the 31.5 listed. Also, yes the care label says 'machine washable' but it also says 'dry flat' and 'do not dry clean'! I expect 'machine washable' to include tumble dry unless stated otherwise in the online description -- disappointing and I have not yet decided whether to keep it.
