catfished heels!

I had ordered this and thought they looked super cute in the photos. once I received the item and tried it on, it was clear that one shoe fit ok and the other did not fit ok. The left side couldn’t even fit my last pinky toe because the lower strap was not made evenly. The right side was ok, but on the snug side. I tried to return the item even though it was final sale because it clearly was defective. was upset they couldn’t accept my return. still upset till today.
