Poor

Macys sent me a size 9 shoe in a size 7 box. I am 83 years old. It is not easy for me to return them, as It’s very hard for me to walk . I worked in retail for 25 yrs and I know this is not the right way treat a customer

DKNY Red Flats

The Leather is relaxed soft and the shoe is very comfortable! But... Not well made I wore these shoes three times and this is what happened.

Purchase return

I purchased the shoes waited a long time to receive them just before Christmas. Let them sit in my closed until March when after many tries I discovered that the left shoe was a half size smaller than the right. When I returned them the sales person at the return counter, Janet, was very good with the return and then helped my secure another pair. Janet is wonderful and very professional. She deserves to be commended! Thank you Janet and hope you get a raise! She represents Macy’s in the best light.
