used and damaged heels

I received my package yesterday 11/20/25 and I'm NOT happy that I received them used and with VISIBLE BIG damaged to the heels! They are extremely comfortable but too tight and runs small !

very pretty

Quality sandals. I bought the tan/taupe color- very natural and they can go with any outfits. I’m usually 7 or 7 1/2 and I bought size 7 and they run small and a little tight with the straps- I have to re- order the next size up.

Runs small and narrow

I wasn't sure about these shoes as they don't look super cute in the picture, but they really should have a model wear these because when I got them and put them on, they are absolutely gorgeous! However, I am sending them back because they are half a size too small from what I normally wear in heels, and they are very tight at the straps. If you have feet on the narrow side, get them! They are SO pretty on! But go up one half size. I don't have wide feet and don't wear wide in any shoes, ever. In heels, I seldom have to size down, but it happens with certain brands. However, these DKNY shoes are the first time I've ever needed to size up.
