Sent a display pair with marks

Disappointed that we were sent a display pair with scuffs and marks, also not in an original box, a random Macy's box. We reordered them to hopefully get a new pair but they won't get here until after the event.

These would be perfect strappy sandals if not for the heel strap that wouldn’t stay on my heel.

Ouch

Most uncomfortable things ever. Normally DKNYs are comfy but the sling back was way too large allowing slip and causing blister.
