Cute Sleeves But Odd Garment Shape

I did like the sleeves on this DKNY blouse, however, the cut of the garment from underneath the sleeve to the hem is very strange as the seams bow or balloon out at the waist. At 5'4" and about 129 lbs I usually wear a small in tops. I purchased the small size in this and it fit well. The sleeve are quite flattering. I did return because of the odd shape through the middle.
