Sent a hoodless version

I received a version of the coat with no hood, only a fur collar???? I triple checked my order and definitely did order one with a hood. Sadly I didn’t receive the correct coat. By the time I received it my backup choice was sold out so just got a refund. I probably will not be ordering from Macys again.

Too tight, too bad.

This is a beautiful coat. However, the large is too tight around the stomach area and I will have to return it. I really wish it fit since it is just what I was looking to purchase.
