Totally Unacceptable

I would never consider ordering anything here after the recent post. If you pay for something, you should receive what you paid for. What happened to the audit process and customer service. Thank you for you post Carolyn. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

There is no excuse for this

I was sadden when I open my order yesterday I received the wrong item with the correct item# on the tag but what makes it really really sad the item I sent looks nothing like what I originally ordered when I spoke with a supervisor about replacing this item#17698623 she stated no to price adjustment because it was not the same price in fact it original prices were the same. What is happening to Macy customer service SMH the associate who pulled my order knew they were sending the wrong item and they sent it anyway SMH SMH
