Fresa never arrived

My dress never arrived. It said it was supposed to arrive on the 22nd in Calexico, California, but the package wasn't delivered. I can't check the tracking number with UPS because it shows an error based on the tracking number included in my purchase. This is making things complicated. It's the second time my package has been returned. The strange thing is that the rest of the items I ordered did arrive.
