There is a problem with my account.

I did not order this sandal, I'll ck my acct but if I was charged I'll need a credit. I have a problem ordering online. Everything I order gets cancelled. Please review and report this problem I'm having to the correct fraud dept. I have to call your Customer Service dept for help every time I try to order something. Cancelled #2870718686 #2870718683 #2842163276 #2871615980. Now this could be a way of saving money but, I've missed some good sale items. I was told by your Customer Service dept even after they fully verify me that this problem is caused by the company Macy's uses to detect fraud. Thanks,
