Did I Get the Wrong Bag, this is NOT Large?

I waited nearly two weeks for this bag to arrive from across country, with multiple delivery delays only to open the box and find that this is NOT the supposed 'LARGE' version of the bag I ordered. After all that, it has to go back. I don't do kiddie sized bags. Two stars for the pretty color that won't get used.
