Pretty dress if you are tall

This dress is very pretty if you're tall and have long arms. And the fabric is nice in that it doesn't wrinkle. But I'm 5'3" and my arms are short, so this dress doesn't work for me. I look like the child who is playing dress up in mommy's clothing. Will have to return it.
