Upset

The dress looked great but trying to use our Macys AMEX card for the purchase was a fiasco. Seems Macys decided to cancel our card without notifying us. It took more than an hour to sort things out, including talking to someone on the phone who obviously was in India and was difficult for us to understand. Today, we received notice that my wife’s credit application was turned down despite her 850 FICO score. This whole experience has been puzzling and embarrassing. Not a great way to treat customers. I don’t think this would happen at Von Maur.
