Great dress pant but fit not exactly as pictured

I really like these pants. Love the side faux leather stripe. I just wish they were more fitted and tapered like pictured. They are a full straight leg pant. I am 5’4 and they are a tad long but fine with heeled boots. After sitting a bit they do get a little stretched out and wrinkled.

Not happy

Had to try a couple sizes and 2nd time the pants fit perfect. I'm 5'10" and the size fit 12 but way too short. Bigger size to big all over. The hemline is not fitted like the picture.
