Stained DKNY

The Dress is. Beautiful Dress and fit extremely well the issue was that the Bottom of the Dress appeared to have dust on the see through flare at the bottom on the fabric and once I tried to brush it off I realized that it was some type of stains that kept reappearing !!!! So I took a damp cloth to it and it still appeared to have several stains and since I brought the dress for a wedding that was short notice I was very disappointed especially because it was a DKNY !!!!!
