Cheap and ugly.

First, about the boots: Cheap PLASTIC. Looks like plastic, smells like plastic, uncomfortable like plastic. Rubber heels. Not wood, not stacked. Looks like rubber, feels like rubber, smells like rubber. FAIL. Now, about MACY'S: Returned them. Have a tracking number. Spent HOURS not he phone with the Philippines and the U.S., supervisors and managers. Could not find the boots. Actually had no idea/process in place for finding them. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. FAIL. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible

I don’t know who designed these boots, but there was no zipper and it’s very hard to get your foot into the shoe. I did not realize these were on final sale and they cannot be returned. I should’ve read the reviews before I bought these. They are horrible. They are the worst shoe I’ve ever bought. No more DKNY for me!

NEEDS A ZIPPER INSTEAD

I purchased these boots around Thanksgiving because I bought an outfit to wear with them. I can't even get my feet in the boots. I did take them to a shoe repair store that has been there for many moons and asked, could he stretch the boots for me? Absolutely DID NOT WORK!!!! So they're just sitting in the boxes UGH 😫😫😫
