Not so much!

I just received this dress today. I thought I was going to love it. It looks beautiful in the pic, but not so much ... I am 5'5" and 135 pounds, large busted. It is very tight in the shoulders and chest, it's much longer on me than pictured, and it just looks a little fuddy-duddy, to be honest, and not as fashionable as I thought it would be. I am 62 and a very conservative dresser overall and I wanted to love it, but it's going back.

Looks great online

This dress looked great in the photos online and in the Macy's tv ad I saw last weekend, but it does not live up to expectations. The dress is two pieces sewn together at the waistline - above the waist is a polyester stretch knit fabric and below is a gauzy/crepe material. It would have been beautiful if the whole dress were knit, but the ombre effect doesn't really work with the two fabric types.

Gorgeous Dress

Beautiful dress. I saw some complaints that it was longer than expected. I recommend taking into consideration that the model in the photo is 5’9 per the product information. I’m 5’6 so this hit below the knees. However, that’s fine as I needed a conservative dress for a church event. Very comfortable and I got a lot of compliments.
