frustrating sizing issues

I purchased size regular 16 jacket and had a very disappointing experience. I usually wear a size 16, but the sizing on this jacket was completely uneven and strange. The chest and arms were far too tight, and the waist didn’t fit properly either. I decided to try a plus size, but the fit was still inconsistent. it still ran small and awkwardly sized. This entire process was a frustrating waste of time and effort. I won’t be shopping from this brand again. They really need to work on their sizing consistency. I definitely do not recommend this brand at all !!!

Customer Service

I received this jacket on November 7. I returned it immediately because it did not fit. I received a notification it was received and now on December 15 I am still waiting for my refund. I shop at Macy’s a lot in line but am very disappointed refunds are not given in a timely manner.

Was confused about sizing but...

I just got this jacket today. After reading the reviews, I was confused about which size to order. I am tall and slender, 5'7", 128 lbs or so. I ended up ordering size 10 and really expected it would be too big but it fit perfectly. I barely could button it though. So, i hope that helps to know. I really wish macys would include a return slip with orders because I don't have a printer and returns are too much hassle so I don't order from macys as much as I would like.
