Where is QC
Received the DKNY Patria boots in Gun Metal. The DKNY boot box came beaten up, the top crushed, sides/corners eroded, and tape where wrapping paper was affixed. The inside tissue paper was a disaster. The cardstock that lays atop of the boots had pencil or metal markings all over it. The boots had the stuffing neatly inside but the boots had clearly been worn. The leather was wrinkled, crinkled and puckered. Took photos, called Customer Service, am returning. Where is Quality Control? There used to be a policy where stores wouldn’t accept merchandise back if worn and in poor condition. Doesn’t QC check returns anymore? What about the quality of the item when it’s shipped to another customer? I was intending to purchase a brand new, unworn pair of boots ~ not someone’s wear-once-at-Christmas-and-destroy-in-closet-before-deciding-to-return. Customer Service offered me a 15% discount to keep the boots, which was not enough. Disappointing. Macy’s QC can do better.

Beautiful, just wish they were more comfy
These are beautiful boots. The heel height is good, the materials are quality and they are stylish. I just wish they were a little bit more comfortable. I wish the inside was padded a little and had some arch support.

Too Big
The toe area was so big and round the boots looked clownish. Overall nice quality but too big and clunky. Had to return.

A perfect everyday boot!
These pull-on boots Chelsea are so comfortable. Easy to slide on and and they fit true to size! While they are platforms with a heel, they feel as comfortable as flats and can be worn all day. They work with a casual fit as well as a fancy fit and are my new everyday boot.

Lovely boots
Live this pair of boots ! Not too heavy, received a lot of compliments, very comfortable, I bought size 10 but had to change it to 9.5, fit perfect
