Nice Coat, but runs big

The coat is beautiful, very stylish. The fabric and color are perfect;unfortunately it runs big. The sleeve length is not petite.The shoulders are a little wider than usual. The center back length is 40" so it hits about mid calf. For reference I'm 5"3 and I ordered a size L.

Too wide too long in Petite size

Too wide too long in Petite size. I am 5'3'', 113 lbs, a true size 4P for the past 30 years. I ordered this coat in PS and black plaid color. This coat is very boxy, can fit a size medium person. The sleeves are 2 inches longer. I will have to return it!

Classy!

A very elegant, classy long wool blend coat, I needed a coat for either pants or dresses as I run cold in the winter. It runs a bit small so I would go one size larger than usual. Great quality! I'm hoping to wear it many, many years!

never received items, horrible customer service

My items were shipped to a different address, I never received this coat. Customer service couldn’t help me, every time I asked to speak with a manager, I was on hold for over an hour while the customer service rep was “trying to get a hold Of a lead”. I called corporate which you cannot get through to talk to anyone. I have email customerservice@macys.com which does. It go through because they are not accepting any emails right now. I have emailed csresearch@macys.com, I keep getting a robo reply that they cannot help me. I am appalled at Macys response. I will never purchase anything from here again.
