Macy's don't value customer.

I order this sweater but ups mark it as delivered but I didn't receive it.. I complain to Macy support and they didn't do anything about it.. It over 2 weeks now and whenever I called they put me on hold for hours... I will report this to BBB.

Sleek and Sporty

Nice substantial fabric without bulk. I plan on wearing it with a black quilted vest. The fit is a touch on the small side, so I sized up from my usual medium. The large fits like most mediums except that the sleeves were quite long; I just cuffed them. Love the half zip and sporty stripes!

Black marks on back of sweater Very disappointed

Nice sweater but when I took it out of the package there were black ink marks on the back-trying to get them out if not will return. Went to reorder but sold out. Why would you send in this condition?
