Disappointed with ordering dress online

I ordered the dress online thinking it would be easier, but when I received my dress they gave me a defective one. The shoulder pads were coming off of it. Unfortunately, I had to go in person to the store to exchange it and thankfully they had one in my size that I could replace which fit perfectly. Will probably not order online anymore since I feel like it’s better going in person that way you can see the quality of what you’re buying.
