Is the size chart correct?

I ordered size 2 - it's very tight. I can wear it but I feel very tight. Size 4 is a way too big(((

Avoid if you’re petite

I was hopeful for something work appropriate—ordered the red and it very much came off as a combination of Amish and Handsmaid Tale…I am short so the length was VERY off but also the sleeve length was just awkward. I would have considered hemming it but I also hated the material. This was a ‘return’ for me.

good work dress, color appears lighter

The color is a bit off. Online, the dress looks more rich in color. It is def not royal blue, more of a an azure blue or ocean blue.
