Area around the leg unraveled within 2 months

I've been buying these panties for years. These are great, these new ones are high cut and fit well. Unfortunately I bought this 3 pack in March 2025 and by the end of April, all 3 pair have completely unraveled around the leg. As it was over 30 days, no refund or exchange was given to me per on line customer service. I didn't realize until now that their new 30 day return policy even applies to items that fall apart. As a 40 year Macy's cardholder I'm upset. You should do better Macys. Another reason to pay off my card, along with your raised interest rate, and call in quits with you guys.
