Area around the leg unraveled within 2 months

I've been buying these panties for years. These are great, these new ones are high cut and fit well. Unfortunately I bought this 3 pack in March 2025 and by the end of April, all 3 pair have completely unraveled around the leg. As it was over 30 days, no refund or exchange was given to me per on line customer service. I didn't realize until now that their new 30 day return policy even applies to items that fall apart. As a 40 year Macy's cardholder I'm upset. You should do better Macys. Another reason to pay off my card, along with your raised interest rate, and call in quits with you guys.

True to size

Great for no panty lines. Dont like the tag...need to cut it off.

Ridiculous tags!!

OK, this is underwear. It's fine. However, know that you will have to spend time removing the ridiculous number of tags sewn into the back waistband. It astounds me that manufacturers are wasting their (and our!) time and money to sew tags into clothing when it can be printed...
