Size chart for this particular item WAY IFF

I am so disappointed. I was excited about wearing this dress to a shower this past weekend. Size chart for this particular dress, my DKNY was way off. I couldn't even get it over my knees. Gnaw over my shoulders, in order to even try it on and I can't return it. What a bummer!
