Perfect little black dress but poor fit

I love this dress and wanted to make it work, but the top runs large and will have to return it. Otherwise, the fabric and belt are great and the poof skirt fits perfectly.

Didn’t impress with the quality

Very poor fabric quality wise. I returned it.
