Gorgeous coat

This is a heavy winter coat with a gorgeous lining. It has very long sleeves, which is a gift as I am 5'8" tall and always have difficulty with sleeve length. It is elegant, but also can be worn with casual attire.

I honestly loved this coat, but the shipment got delayed and I had a flight to catch so I cancelled my order, but Macy’s not only refunded me but sent me the coat too in just two days. Exceptional customer service! And the coat is just as perfect.
