Bad batch 12 days gourmet nuts

I received the 12 days gourmet nuts and they were very bad especially the almonds and the walnuts had very bad old smell to them had to throw away. I contacted the company, but they did not replace them and did not reach back out and left messages. Very disappointing!! Received Christmas 2024 expired 9/2025 still not good moldy smell to nuts.
